The mission of Human Welfare & Environment Protection Centre (HWEPC) is to establish a self-reliant society enriched with social, economic, educational and environmental prosperity.
Human Welfare and Environment Protection Center (HWEPC) is a Non-Governmental, social development organization established in 1991 in Dang District, Mid-Western Region of Nepal.
Since its inception, HWEPC has been under taking various programs aimed at community development, Good Governance and environment conservation. Poor, excluded, women, disable and children had always been our key target. Apart from its own program, HWEPC has been providing services to different government and non-government organizations at a local and national level.
So far, HWEPC has received financial and technical support from the government and various National and International non-governmental organizations to achieve its objective, some of which are IUCN, CCO, CECI, CARITAS/ Nepal, UNDP, UNICEF, SPW NEPAL, NEPAN, Department of Irrigation/The World Bank and Ministry of Local Development/Asian Development Bank, Care Nepal, DFID etc.
