Pradeep Majgaiyan is a dedicated development professional with over 13 years of experience in development sector and sports promotion. As Executive Director of the Human Welfare and Environment Protection Center (HWEPC), he has successfully led impactful projects on biodiversity conservation, climate change adaptation, and gender equality in collaboration with local governments and international donors. His leadership extends to advancing cricket in Nepal as Women Cricket Development Chair and a Board Member of the Cricket Association of Nepal, alongside his role as President of the Cricket Association of Dang since 2072 BS. Representing Nepal as Team Manager during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 and the 2023 Asia Cup, he has significantly contributed to sports development. With a Master’s in Rural Development, Pradeep also serves as President of the Federation of Nepal Cottage and Small Industries (FNCSI) and has been honored with awards such as the Outstanding Youth Award (2018) and Youth of the Year National Award (2019), reflecting his commitment to fostering resilience, inclusion, and sustainable development in Nepal.
